Extra person : 9,00 € per night.

Animals : are admitted provided they are kept on a leash, that they have a tattoo or chip as well as an up to date vaccination card. Only one pet per chalet is allowed : 6,00 € per day. They may never be left alone in the chalet.

Cancellation insurance : 3% of the total cost of the stay.We strongly advise you to take out insurance. Please note that , without this insurance, we can't restitute any sums already paid and we also reserve the right to claim any outstanding sums.

A refundable deposit of 250.00 € will be payable at your arrival. This sum will be refunded at departure, when you hand in the keys, and after verification of the premises, minus possible costs for damages or in case the chalet hasn’t been cleaned properly.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

For the High Season we advise you to contact us first for available dates. Thank you !

The person whose name figures on the contract is responsible for that contract. Under no circumstances may he/she be replaced by anybody else nor may the rental unit be sublet.

Your rental contract only becomes valid after :
- our receipt of your down payment
- your receipt of our letter of confirmation.

Down payment :
25% of the total sum of your stay. The remainder has to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. In the case that we have not received the remainder and the refundable deposit within that period, the « Cancellation » conditions come into effect.

If a rental request falls within the 6 weeks before the arrival date, the total sum is due.

Cancellation :

In case of a cancellation, we will either withhold, or you owe us :

- as a compensation for the breach of contract, either : 25% of the total costs of your rental if you cancel more than 42 days before the supposed arrival date ; or : the total costs of your rental if you cancel within 43 days of the supposed arrival date; or if you don’t turn up. Delayed arrival : without notification within 24 hours of the arrival date, your rental contract will be annulled – without any reimbursement. Reserved days not taken are not refunded.

Arrival and Departure : Arrivals between 4 and 8 p.m. - departure between 8 and 10 a.m.

Each client is obliged to conform to the Site’s Regulations.

It is up to you to insure yourself... the management declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather and in cases where the third party insurance of the client is engaged.
